Real natal chart: November 28
Horoscopes say you're a Sagittarius. But by the real position of the stars, on November 28 the Sun sits in the constellation Scorpius — that is your true sign.
Your real chart
- Horoscope sign (tropical): Sagittarius
- Your true sign (Sun's constellation): Scorpius
- How far the sky has shifted: ~24.21°
Computed from the Sun's real position at noon UTC on this date (constellation boundaries: IAU). Birth year barely matters: over decades the Sun on this date moves less than a degree.
Ordinary astrology uses a zodiac fixed ~2000 years ago. Since then the sky has shifted by 24.21° (axial precession). Real, sidereal astrology looks at where the Sun and stars are now — so your true sign is Scorpius, not Sagittarius.

FAQ
What is my true sign if I was born on November 28?
By the Sun's real position your sign is Scorpius. Horoscopes say “Sagittarius”, but the sky has shifted by ~24.21° over two thousand years.
Why don't the horoscope sign and the true sign match?
The horoscope zodiac was fixed about 2000 years ago. Axial precession moved the constellations by about 24.21°, so today the Sun no longer stands where the horoscope says.
When does the Sun enter and leave Scorpius?
In the reference year the Sun enters Scorpius on November 23 and leaves on November 29 — 7 days. Constellation boundaries are the IAU 1930 ones and are unequal, so the “signs” differ in length.
